HOWARD AND WHITE OF U.S. PROPERTIES SELL NORWICH SHOPPING PLAZA FOR $1,250,000

NORWICH, CT - Susan Howard and Jim White of U.S. Properties, Inc. sold the Norwich Shopping Plaza located at 204 Sturtevant Street for $1,250,000. The buyer, John Syragakis, purchased the property under the name of Norwichtown Properties, LLC. Syragakis is president of Nautilus Development, Inc. He has yet to decide what he intends to do with the property.

Built in 1968 on 7.17 acres, the building has 45,936 s/f on the first floor. The current tenants in the property include Computer FX, Fitness World II, Aztec Sun Tanning, and Roots Salon. The former owner was Zabro Properties, LLC of Avon.

The buyer was represented in this transaction by Attorney Ed Czaczkes of the law firm, Czaczkes & Czaczkes of Norwich. The seller was represented by Attorney Lawrence S. Shipman of the law firm Shipman, Sosenky, Randich & Marks, LLC of Hartford.
