HOWARD AND WHITE OF U.S. PROPERTIES, INC. SELL 14 ACRE SITE FOR $575,000.

FRANKLIN, CT - Susan Howard and Jim White of U.S. Properties, Inc. sold 14 acres of land on New Park Avenue in the Norwich Business Park to NOG Realty Holdings, LLC. The buyer has approval to construct a 20,000 SF medical office building on the site for the Norwich Orthopedic Group. John Cregan of Paramount Properties represented the seller, Norwich Storage and Distribution, LLC.

Attorney Granville Morris of O'Brien, Shafner, Stuart, Kelly & Morris provided legal services to the buyer. Harry Heller of Heller, Heller & McCoy of Montville represented the seller. John Dolan of the Dime Bank of Norwich arranged the financing for the land acquisition and building construction.
