NORWICH, CT - Susan Howard and Jim White of U.S. Properties, Inc. sold 4 acres of land at 102 Stonington Road, Norwich to Carpionato-La Boissiere Properties, LLC of Danielson, CT. Frank Milewski of Performance Realty Group represented the buyer.

The property consisted of a 1,283 s/f single family residence and a 2,120 s/f workshop situated on 4.08 acres approximately four miles from Foxwoods Casino & Resort. The buyer has approvals from the City of Norwich to build 70 apartments on the site.
