SALEM, CT - Susan Howard and Jim White of U.S. Properties, Inc. sold the former McCall's Garage and Service Station at 3 Hartford Road. Salem, for $285,000.

The property consisted of a 2,586 s/f single story garage building and a single family residence at 7 Hartford Road, all located on an acre of land at Salem Four Corners. The property is the only remaining corner that has not been redeveloped at the intersection of Connecticut Route 85 and Route 82.
