HOWARD AND WHITE OF U.S. PROPERTIES, INC. BROKER 3,150 S/F LEASE.

NEW LONDON, CT - Susan Howard and Jim White of U.S. Properties, Inc. leased 3,150 s/f of office space to UTOPIA HOME CARE, INC., a family owned and operated nursing agency, in the Manwaring Building at 225 State Street, New London.

Susan Howard and Jim White represented both Utopia Home Care, Inc. and New London Limited Partnership, the owner of the Manwaring Building, in the lease transaction.
