U.S. PROPERTIES, INC. & PEQUOT PROPERTIES LEASE 9,120 S/F MEDICAL OFFICE.

NEW LONDON, CT - Susan Howard and Jim White, of U.S. Properties, Inc. and John Jensen, of Pequot Properties, have leased 9,120 s/f to Coastal Digestive Diseases, PC. They have signed a 10-year lease to move from Montauk Ave., to 238 Bank Street. The new state-of-the-art facility overlooks the Thames River.

Susan Howard and Jim White represented the tenant, Doctors Madsen, Ouellette and Frese. John Jensen represented the landlord, 238 Bank Street Associates, LLC in the lease transaction.
