Howard and White, of U.S. Properties, Inc., Sell Industrial Building Lot for $205,000

Susan Howard and Jim White of U. S. Properties, Inc. sold an industrial building lot located at 17 Sachatello Industrial Drive in Montville for $205,000.

The property was the first lot sold in a 19 lot new industrial sub-division currently being developed by Lombardi Business Park, LLC. The buyer intends to build a garage for his expanding New London business.

The buyer, Jon Collins of Columbus Square Auto of New London, CT, was represented in this transaction by Attorney Matthew Greene of the law firm, Peck & Tuneski of New London. The seller of the property was John Lombardi of Waterford, who was represented by Thomas Londregan, Esq. from Conway & Londregan, LLC of New London.
