David Mills is our Director of Leasing and Property Management. He has held this position with U.S. Properties, Inc. from its inception in 1993.

David holds a degree in architecture from Ryerson Institute of Technology in Toronto and from Case Western Reserve University.

Since 1972 David has been a force in the Southeastern Connecticut real estate market on his various capacities in leasing and property management. He holds a Connecticut Real Estate License #469210.

In addition to his overall company and property management responsibilities, David brings an important real estate and management background which is invaluable in the planning and supervision of projects.

David's ability to work and communicate on a professional level with tenants and owners is an important resource and has often been the key factor in creating the growth U.S. Properties, Inc. has achieved.
